Imagine if you will, a world in which people become angry when they are told that a God, they don't believe in, said in a book, that they don't read, that unless they repent of their sins, which they don't care about, they will spend eternity in a place they don't believe exists.

You are entitled to your worldview. On this forum you have no mandate to insist it be mine as well.

I don't insist you accept my faith. I just find it bizarre that you continue to discredit a belief that does not affect you in any way.

I sometimes point out the more obvious errors in scripture, not to discredit it, but simply show that it is not as inerrant as some would like us to believe.

I don’t remember there being any errors pointed out. I remember a lot of opinions but nothing factual. Perhaps you could refresh my memory.

We discussed at length the myth of the Tower of Babel, Noah's Ark, the creation of Eve from Adam's rib. and her creation of original sin, You are right to recall that you provided a lot of opinion on these topics but nothing factual. Perhaps your memory is refreshed now.

I do not see any errors here. Just because you don’t believe these recounts doesn’t make them erroneous. Please show the evidence that these Biblical accounts are false. Feel free to disbelieve them but to claim they are false you need to provide some sort of evidence.

And your opinion that they are factual is sufficient in itself? Or is this just one more example of your double standards.

And may I remind you, once more, you have no authority to set rules of discussion around here. For that you need your own forum.

YOU are the one claiming they are false, therefore the burden of proof is on YOU. I accept the accounts as true by faith. Again, feel free not to believe them, that’s your choice. But if you claim they are not true, you need to offer something to substantiate your claim. Otherwise it’s just your opinion that they are not true. And you are perfectly entitled to your opinion.

You have no mandate to lay down debate rules. At least, not on this forum. Please do quit the constant moaning.

So I decided to give you another chance at an open, honest discussion but you have proven incapable of such. All you can do is make silly comments. When asked to validate your claims you want to throw a hissy fit and start crying about how the big bad Christian isn’t allowed to set rules. Requesting evidence isn’t setting rules. It is common practice to support claims. I won’t waste anymore time engaging with you since you do not understand honest dialogue.

I care little why you shut up: your silence is acceptable at almost any price. But one thing other admins have warned me about is that, in general, a troll's promise is no more than him clearing his larynx of phlegm.
